The Technical and Industrial Building contains the tools and facilities students need to get a hands-on education in manufacturing, robotics, electronics and computer-related fields.

This building is loaded with computing power, with eight computer labs and four computer-aided drafting labs.

The centerpiece of the first floor is "The Big Shop", which includes metal-cutting machines, CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and variety of robots.
