Course Description:
This course covers Web server programming and database access from the Web. This is not a beginning programming class. Students should know HTML (the Hypertext Markup Language). Experience with a programming language such as C++, Java, C#, etc. would be helpful. Students will build dynamic database-driven Web applications in a UNIX environment using PHP, MySQL, and the Apache Web server.
