The facilities include two up-to-date kitchen labs and a 150 seat, full
service dining room. Garrett's Restaurant is open to the public
Monday through Thursdays offering ala carte style service on Monday and
Tuesday and buffet service on Wednesday and Thursday. During the spring
semester the Garde manger class develops
three theme buffets open to the public.
The Baking and Pastry lab is the newest addition
to the program, offering a state of the art 1600 square foot facility.
The facilities offer a dedicated technology resource
room with computers, internet access, and a small reference library.
