When logging into the Network, the antivirus updates are automatically pushed
from the network.

Contact the Helpdesk at ext. 3456 if the Sophos software is unavailable on your office computer.

To download the Sophos software for home use, follow
this link. You'll then be directed to a login screen where you use your netID and password. Once you enter this information, you'll be directed to the page containing the downloadable Sophos Anti-virus package. There is also a PDF with instructions on how to install Sophos on the page (Sophos Home Install.pdf), which will walk you through the process.
