You can submit your request by using the
WCC Self-Service Helpdesk System.
If you are asked for a username and password, use your netID and password.
Help Desk Hours
The Help Desk is now available 7/24.
The Help Desk walk-in hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The Help Desk is located in the third floor of the Student Center Building, SC314.
We provide Web, Telephone and Walk In support for Students, Faculty and Staff.
The services we support are:
Student and Faculty Blackboard issues
Faculty and Staff PC Issues
Faculty and Staff Telephone Issues
And new for this year:
Student, Faculty and Staff Wireless Issues.
This includes walk in support for assistance with any wireless device.
