Welcome to Web Services
The staff of the Web Services Department works to maximize the benefits of
the World Wide Web to the College through insightful planning and judicious
application of resources. If you're a WCC staff member and need to communicate your message over the
web, contact us by email: .
That address is for a ticket system we've instituted for all Web Services requests. The ticket system enables us to track requests and manage the workflow. You can attach files to your message, which automatically get added to the ticket. Please note that any formatting (color, style, etc.) is removed from the email portion of your message. Please attach a document if your request relies on formatting.
All correspondence related to a ticket is kept together in a thread so that nothing gets lost as different members of the Web Services team work on it. When you submit a ticket, please use a descriptive subject and include a URL for any pages that you're referencing. You'll receive any updates from the system via email.

About WCC's Website
The WCC website is comprised of various related websites. Foremost among
these websites are the public College website, MyWCC, Blackboard, and
the library portal. The website also coordinates with a variety of related
websites such as those for Education to Go online non-credit classes, the ePayPlan, the
WCC Bookstore, Stapleslink, and the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development
Center.
The website is the result of extensive collaboration and coordination
between Web Services and a variety of other units, both within Information
Technology Services and across the College. It serves a broad community of users, including prospective students, current students, lifelong learners, alumni, donors, employers, community members, and members of the WCC faculty, staff, and administration.
