Entrepreneurs possess certain skills and attitudes that set them apart
from traditional business managers. Entrepreneurial ventures come in all
sizes and types, from part-time money projects to the large corporations that
can be started in your basement.
ou can learn the skills and attitudes of an entrepreneur. There are three
courses to take for a WCC Entrepreneurship Certificate that prepares you for the
rigor of business ownership when coupled with acquired business, technical, or
occupational knowledge.
The Entrepreneurship Certificate provides students with the business knowledge,
skills, and attitudes they need to start and operate a small business such as:
- Preparing in-depth evaluation of a business initiative
- Determining profit potential of a particular market
- Hands-on experience in running a business and
- Networking with community agencies
