The charitable gift annuity is one of the simplest ways to give a planned gift to the WCC Foundation. It is an arrangement whereby, in exchange for a gift of $10,000 or more, the WCC Foundation will contractually guarantee to pay a specific annual sum to the donor or donors. The amount of the annual fixed income payment is determined by the age of the beneficiary(ies) at the time the contract is made and will never vary.

Charitable gift annuities provided by the WCC Foundation are delayed gifts. A charitable gift annuity may include one or two individuals as beneficiaries of the lifetime income. As long as you live, the annuity payments are made to you, either quarterly or annually. Later, the gift will be used to change the lives of the students at WCC.

Receive a Tax Deduction Now
A charitable gift annuity qualifies your gift for a charitable income tax deduction now. Moreover, a portion of the income received each year may be exempt from federal income tax.

Your WCC Foundation charitable gift annuity is an irrevocable gift. Once your gift is made, the contract is binding and cannot be changed.

Gift annuities can be as unique as the individuals who create them. For more information, please contact Julaine LeDuc at the WCC Foundation:
