Fundraising Luncheon Shows Community Support
Nearly 300 people from the immediate community had lunch at WCC to hear about students whose lives were changed through scholarships. What's more amazing about this show of support is that everyone who came knew they would be asked to contribute to the cause. They still came. And they gave. Bill Kinley, longtime champion of the WCC Foundation and Chair of the luncheon commented, "I knew WCC had support from the community but I was thrilled with the outpouring of generosity at the Beyond Tomorrow luncheon." To date, the luncheon has raised over $200,000 in gifts and pledges for scholarships. Read more on Donors Help Students Beyond Tomorrow

Celebrating Success!

Thanks to all who made the 16th Annual Jerry Jernigan Memorial Golf Outing the best yet!
We've grown! This year's golf outing was able to accommodate more teams, and more funds raised, thanks to our new venue at Fox Hills Golf and Banquet. That, coupled with a whole lot of community support, made this the most successful year yet, generating over $66,000. Many thanks to all the golfers, sponsors, and volunteers who contributed generously to its success. Stay tuned for video footage on YouTube.
