Each year the event takes place on the first Saturday in February from 6:30pm to 11:30pm!
Individual guests and sponsorship donors, dressed in their finery, gather at the Morris Lawrence Building on the WCC campus to mingle with friends, while enjoying the wonderful music and the lavish spreads of food prepared and served by The Culinary Arts & Hospitality students under the tutelage of both the WCC chefs and the area guest chefs, who donate their time to teach and cook.
