Employee Assistance Program The College provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all full-time employees and their dependents. This is a comprehensive program designed to provide assistance with personal and work related matters regardless of how large or small. Professional counselors are available to provide assistance on a wide variety of topics such as depression, stress management/anxiety, marital or family conflict and work related issues.
