Wellness
Wellness@Work is a wellness program and initiative established for faculty and staff. This is an informal,
voluntary program intended to provide education and tips on health, fitness, nutrition and other wellness topics.
Wellness information and activities are listed below. Check back periodically for updates.
Power Hour Sessions
The "power hour" lunch is a brown bag luncheon seminar provided by health and fitness professionals

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
EAP Plus is the College provided employee assistance program available to all full-time employees
and their dependents. This is a comprehensive program designed to provide assistance with personal
and work related matters regardless of how large or small. Professional counselors are available to
provide assistance on a wide variety of topics such as Depression, Stress Management/Anxiety,
Marital or Family Conflict. This is a confidential service provided by a company contracted with the College.
