This site boasts the largest collection of free family history, family tree and genealogy records in the world. It offers many downloadable forms, maps, and guides.
Genealogical Society of Washtenaw County
Its purpose is to aid and assist members in genealogical studies, to encourage the collection and preservation of family and public records, and to promote the exchange of genealogical information. Membership includes all programs and activities, use of the society library and files, and subscriptions to the quarterly publication Family History Capers and to the GSWC Newsletter.

The Michigan Cemetery Sources web site represents a compilation of published cemetery transcriptions located at the Library of Michigan and links to Michigan cemetery websites.
