StateLine.org: 50 State Run Down on Gay Marriage Laws
Excellent article written just after the November 2004 Presidential election. The article discusses the "11 states approving constitutional amendments codifying marriage as an exclusively heterosexual institution." The end of the article summarizes the 50 states current laws and proposals to change state laws on marriage. Although the layout of the article is difficult to read, you have the option to "print story" for a printer friendly version of the story.
