Jim Cogswell: Meanwhile
October 12 - December 11

Jim Cogswell, Professor of Art at the School of Art and Design at the University of Michigan, won the competition for an installation in the WCC Library in the Gunder Myron Building.

Colorful and exciting, Cogswell’s work originates in the figure; by the time the piece is completed the figure has merged into an abstract design.

A reception will be held November 11th at 4:30pm in the library, where Cogswell will discuss the installation and take questions. At 6:00pm, following the reception in the library, he will lecture on his work in LA 175.

After the lecture, there will be a reception in the gallery.
