Color in the Eye
April 19 - June 8, 2001
This exhibition is the second of a two part series exploring perceptual and emotional aspects of color. It features the work of Josef Albers and presents the exercises he developed for teaching color perception. In addition, artists who were trained by Albers' method at Yale will exhibit their work. This section of the exhibition reveals some of the varied artistic developments that can spring from Albers' approach.
