Committees You can learn about the following committees and their meetings by using the links below. Curriculum Committee: The Curriculum Committee is advisory to the Vice President for Instruction and the President, and has two general responsibilities: Review curriculum standards, course, and program proposals; and Participate in long- and short-term curriculum planning processes. Health and Safety Committee: The general purpose of the committee is to correct and prevent safety and health hazards in the work place. Through the use of a formal program the they identify, evaluate, and control problem areas for unsafe acts, practices, conditions, or unhealthy work environment. | |||||||
