The men’s and women’s basketball teams are both off to 1-1 records in their young seasons. The talent is abundant and with second-year head coach Cameron Smiley at the helm, good things are already being noticed by the fans. With a pressure defense that held one of the men’s teams opponents to just 37 points for the game, the players are beginning to understand Coach Smiley’s philosophy of playing both ends of the court.
